FOSTERING

Foster carers are an extremely important part of rescue.  Foster carers provide a place for a rescued animal to stay until it finds a new home.  All vet work is taken care of by Wagga Animal Rescue Inc. and all a foster carer needs to provide is food, love and treat it like it's your own animal. For an application for Foster Carer or more information please complete the online form on the Contact Us page.

We need foster carers both long and short term to care for kittens and cats until they are adopted.
URGENTLY REQUIRED

We have kittens in foster care with not enough carers.  We desperately need DEDICATED kitten/cat carers.  Foster carers are really important to rescue and without them we cannot save animals from being PTS when their time is up.  If you can help please contact Simone at simone.vincent@yahoo.com.au

We need foster carers both long and short term to care for puppies and dogs until they are adopted. Puppies like J.J. (pictured above) come in under age so need to be cared for until they are old enough to go to their new home.

Foster Carers are the backbone of our being able to Rescue. They are the people that open their

homes, their hearts, and give countless hours to rehabilitate, train and love the dogs/cats that sometimes have been dealt the worst life has to offer. Foster carers are our unsung heroes that enable us to continue our work to try and help just one more dog and cat at a time. On behalf of all fosters, I want to thank you for opening your home and heart to give dogs and cats a second chance.

No one can put a price on the understanding, compassion and dedication that is shown by Carers to their charges. Once they have experienced the LOVE of a Foster home, the place where the word 'safe' again becomes part of their world before being adopted into their “forever home”.

At Wagga Animal Rescue Inc. we receive a lot of puppy litters of all breeds through rescue.  If you are able to foster a litter of pups at your home or part of a litter please fill in the online form on the Contact Us page or contact Tegan at tegan.primmer@live.com or 0422855366
