Cecil is one cute puppy. Cecil LOVES people big and small. Cecil is a gentle boy who is great with other dogs. Cecil would love a home where he is not left all day on his own and loves nothing more than sitting on the lounge watching TV. Cecil is hairless except for his head, tail and feet which have short hair. His hairless body will need moisturing and protection from the sun. Cecil MUST be allowed free access indoors.
